 Did you know that your relationship with your therapist is the most important predictor of your success?   

It is called the "therapeutic alliance".   

Our first goal is to establish a mutually trusting relationship with one another.  

For some this comes quickly, others more slowly.   What you share with me will be strictly confidential (with very few exceptions, which you will clearly understand before we begin!)  

I will be listening & sharing insights I have, as well as inviting you to be curious about yourself, beliefs, goals, values, preferences..  

We will learn together on what it is that YOU need & work on meeting those needs  We will meet in-person or on-line for 50 minutes or so, & we will address any new issues that arise.  

It is my hope we can make space to get to the stuff that is "not so obvious" to be creating challenge as, THAT is where we get to the ROOT of most of your struggles & get you freedom!

Trinity Wellness Group, LLC is a therapy practice (vs counseling, coaching, etc.) and requires advanced degrees in mental health fields and Danielle has extensive experience in providing therapy services to clients.  Head to the About Danielle to read more detailed information on her experience & credentials 

The duration of therapy sessions at Trinity Wellness Group, LLC is typically 50 minutes for individual therapy and  60  minutes for couples therapy. Longer sessions are also available and at times beneficial. 

This is dependent on the several factors including need, preference, and scheduling availability. Frequency will be discussed at intake and on an ongoing basis. It is my goal to help YOU reach your goals so that you can be your best self and not need regular therapy appointments! 

I do not take insurance but can offer a "Super Bill" (Receipt for medical service reimbursement) 

Payment is made using a secure, HIPAA compliant App called "Ivy Pay" that is made exclusively for therapists. 

You will have more details on Ivy Pay when you complete the intake paperwork

You can also use HSA, FSA for payment 

Payment is due at time of service
