No Insurance is accepted for payment
No form of health insurance is accepted at Trinity Wellness Group, LLC.
You will pay for service at time of appointment.
You can call your insurance co. & ask about Out-of-Network Benefits. Since therapy is a medical service, you can use Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, or Care Credit. And these services should apply to your Deductible or Out of Network or yearly limits.
Discuss with your insurance company before starting therapy.
A Superbill is given after each visit through the Ivy Pay App, which is the payment processing that Trinity Wellness Group, LLC uses.
FYI- Most insurances will NOT for services, unless there is a "medical need' which requires a diagnosis. If you do not meet criteria for a mental health condition, insurance will likely not pay for out of pocket reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
Policy is strictly followed.
24 hour cancellation must be given or full fee will be charged to the card on file- there are no exceptions given.
Therapist is on waiting list & often has people on "stand by" appointments- if 24 hours is given, therapist can offer that time to serve other clients.
Ongoing cancellations are disruptive to therapy & may result in discharge/referral
Frequency of Visits & Requirements
As a licensed clinician, I will be conducing an assessment at intake, making a diagnosis, and forming a treatment plan, which will include recommended frequency of sessions. These visits will decrease as you improve, and then move to "maintenance", group therapy, or discharge.
If you do not have it in your budget to do weekly or bi-weekly therapy, I recommend you find a therapist that is in your insurance network, or a clinic that offers sliding scale. It is my desire that you get what you need!
My goal is to work with my clients to get them better so they do not need to be in therapy forever & we accomplish that through following evidenced-based treatment at recommended frequency.
