Trinity Wellness Group, LLC offers several group options.

You do not have to be a current client of our practice in individual therapy to participate in group our therapeutic groups!

You can have another therapist for individual services and join me for group, if it is appropriate for your treatment plan goals!

The power of group therapy for our healing is so powerful-

Sometimes what we we cannot put into words, we hear someone share it!

And sometimes we hear our own stories & feel validated, seen, heard, & connected.

Groups may seem scary, to be with complete strangers talking about hard things, and yet, most people find gratitude that they included the power of group in their recovery plan!

I recommend groups for nearly all clients for extra support Email if you have an interest in group & I we can discuss what groups are available or coming up!

A Group for Men who are in need to practical tools to help heal the marriage after betrayal. Group Meets Weekly for 90 Minutes and will be a time of learning, discussing, and growing in skills READ MORE & COMPLETE APPLICATION

This group is for Christian Women who have experienced betrayal in a relationship and want to learn to "grieve well". Group is on Mondays at 6:30pm and meets weekly for 90 minutes. Processing Pain: A group to understand attachment wounds & HEal

This group is for those who have not done any "story work" (also called Narrative Work" to understand how early life experience leads to patterns to form that continue into adulthood and lead to challenges in having healthy relationships. Move through identification and processing to gain freedom! Group meets 75-90 minutes weekly.
